• Employment Exhibition 2016 opens its doors to families today and spots the visit of 10 thousand visitor in two days

    Welcomes females job seekers in Dhahran exhibitions.

         
          Specialists females present today workshops  that review the keys to success and achieve the impossible.

               Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber, who observers the progress of work in the exhibition through a tour in the exhibitions, has confirmed that the exhibition has achieved a success that exceeded expectations as it spotted a visit of more than 10 thousand visitors in just two days and this is a good sign leaves us with a positive impression of the amount of business that proceded the exhibition in the preparation, coordination and organization stages.
        Al Wabel said that the participating companies offered a variety of  specialties the job seeker can choose what suits him, according to his specialty and interests, I have felt the seriousness and also that is what everybody has felt.
        Al Wabel explained that today Wednesday, October 12 is the end of the activities and the Employment Exhibition 2016, as it welcomes the females job opportunities seekers, as the last day is allocated (for families) in the headquarters of Dhahran Expo company on Dammam Al Khobar coastal road.
        Al Wabel pointed that the exhibition is accompanied by workshops that are very important to recent graduates and job seekers opening new horizons for them and remind them with the most important and the main points that must be part of their agenda, whether or during studying or before applying for a job, presented by specialists in human resources administration and officials in famous companies, in addition to their experiences, which reflect the hard work to catch a great opportunity, and in the end, Al Wabel wished success to all of the young men and women who are looking for work.

       Yesterday, Tuesday, October 11, 2016, big numbers of  females job seekers attended the exhibition where the  exhibition sections were crowded with groups of young people inquiring about the specialties according to their qualifications and experience.
        The exhibition opens its doors today for families on two periods, the first from 10 am to 2 pm, the second period from 4 pm until 8 pm.
        The scientific program continues in the day allocated to families as two workshops are presented , the team leader in Zamil Samar bint Saleh al Zahrani speaks in a workshop entitled (Say No to the impossible) at 5:30 until 6:pm, while the executive director of Usus for Business Solutions Thanaa bint Abdulaziz Al Hassan presents a workshop entitled (the first key to success) from 6 pm until 6:30 pm, and the workshops and are chaired by Wejdan Al Saeed.

     the supervisor of the employment department in the Landmark trade and retail  has presented a workshop entitled ( work is not shameful) and chaired by Khalid Al Shunieber on Monday October 10, where he talked about the points that a student of  high school focus on that he should be completely quiet, always thinking in investing his time in improving the skills needed to achieve his dream, and after graduation he should try to discover his orientations and defines his goals and future plans with the need to develop a wide plan and alternative plans so he can go on his way without obstacles.
        Al Hashem said that the lack of opportunities does not mean they do not exist, this is the motivation for integration with the new stage he is experiencing.
        Al Hashem advised the audience to be pleased with the destiny and investing chances the opportunities and listening to the opinions of others and not abandon the goals, reminding them that successful ones are those who have fallen and climbed again powerfully.
        About the possibility of working and studying at the same time that Al Hashem said the students have to choose to a work  that doe s not delay him of school teaching him new skills and not making him shamful of any job.
         For their part, specialists in human resources and employment have stressed  the seriousness of the Saudi youth who work to improve their seld esteem, pointing that this is an encouraging and a reasonfor optimism.
        The human resources and administration manager at one of the companies Bakhit Al Zahrani said: "This event is one of the most important tools that help job seekers of young men and women in addition to work owners to meet face to face and for enough  time."
        He added: "Such exhibitions provide time and effort on both sides and opens the chance to identify the trends and requirements of  labor market and allow for serious job seekers in finding the right job or work to improve qualifications and improve themselves so that they can get jobs that fit their ambitions."
        He continued: "the Employment exhibition hosted by Asharqia Chamber  is one of the most leading forums in the Kingdom as a whole and not on the level not only the eastern region."
        Zahrani pointed that the employment is a dynamic and continuous process over the year and companies use such forums to provide appropriate and fill a number of job requirements.
        Regarding the market needs, he said: "businesses need technical professions and specialized in more than one activity.
        The human resources coordinator in one of the companies Mohammed Al Owais said " Asharqia Chamber  presents great services for companies and working to meet the needs serious and fast way, and among the services of this exhibition, which is a work worth appreciation for its efforts."
        He added: "The exhibition is one of the most important channels through which to participate institutions will be able to get their needs of the promising national qualifications that visited the exhibition and are visiting during the next two days."
        He continued: "The exhibition allows companies to identify the skills and potential of the young job seeker."
        Owais praised the applicants for the exhibition, said: "Saudi youth is serious and working on improving themselves and this is encouraging and makes us optimistic."
        He pointed that the majority of applicants are new graduation and bachelor holders, calling for the need to intensify courses for fresh graduates, especially in the field of interviews and how to submit Cvin the right way.
        Ibrahim al Zahrani –an employee, said: "  Employment Exhibition 2016 has allowed for jos opportunities for job seekers, and has really contributed to the encouraging for employment opportunities offered by the private sector and take advantage of it, and how to take advantage of services offered by the exhibition, as well as encouraging the private sector to embrace national skills and give them the opportunity to gain the necessary expertise and be an investment for the future, as well as supporting companies to be attractive to national employment under an atmosphere of competition to raise the salary ceiling, and increasing the quality of jobs.
        Abdulaziz Al Jedaie -  fresh graduate- said: "The performing of such exhibitions continuously gives applicants an opportunity to seek jobs more easily in the presence of most of the companies in one place, such forums provide jobs opportunities for the employment of citizens of both sexes.
        He stressed that he personally benefited from it, since it allowed him to interact directly with the companies.
        For his part, Omar Al Bashiri said -fresh graduate - said "The exhibition is an opportunity to know about employment paths and required specialties and skills the companies are looking for with various activities both in the retail sector or contracting with their different types of oil or oil drilling and other companies in the exhibition companies."
        The exhibition welcomes job seekers of new graduates and the experienced to show what they have of scientific and professional qualifications and the for the participant institutions , and competing for the jobs as potential candidates to work for these  institutions, which will enhance their chances of getting jobs that fit their ambition, preferences, skills and abilities.
